Manage folders in the Resources tab. You and Admin can upload files into each folder. Sales staff can only download.

Delivered cases are grouped by the month they were delivered. Archiving a month deletes its uploaded files from storage to save space — the case's form details are always kept. Rejected/Cancelled cases from closed months can be deleted permanently here. Nothing happens automatically — you choose when to run each one.
